Any time I need to quickly resize something, I always come here. It's not so bad for crops and resizes...but any other major editing, it's Picasa or Photoshop for sure.

Good program for quickly batch-resizing or cropping photos. Basic, but fast and does what it needs to do.

how can hi reuse my office picture manager¸

Picture Manager is basic - but you don't necessarily need a massive program with loads of features all the time. I like this because it's easy to do batch resizing of images and batch rotations. If I wanted to do something more advanced though, I would always use Photoshop.
