This isn't open source, Firefox seems far better. Why do so many people use this?
it would be my favorite browser, if it had more acceptance
It is good, but as compared to firefox, i would say "Thumb Down"
Lacks cool themes, addons(there are addons but not so usable), and even tweaks sometimes
It's and ok browser to try out....
My favorite one
I had a problems with Firefox but with opera everything is just OK.
Chrome > Opera > Firefox > IE ;)
Well.. I'd choose Opera over Firefox in a heartbeat if it wasn't so darn hard to work the thing! I can't figure out how to customize certain features.. The widgets are a plus, though! It's even faster than Firefox from what I've seen. It's just not quite as .. comfortable and fluid.
Safari > Firefox > Opera > Google Chrome > IE ;)
Firefox > Opera > IE ;)
Agreed. Opera needs to provide plugins to satisfy the masses, even if the plugins are redundant to native features and reduce the overall user experience.
People want the ability to have plugins and they can't comprehend their could be a downside to allowing them. If Firefox users feel deprived without the capability, I say give it to them, even though most people will only install and use a handful.
Must add plugins and API to improve public image.
:)))
just fini
Though IE, Chrome, Firefox and safari would claim other wise opera is overall the fastest web broser there is
