Gooooooooood .....
It is a very strong tool.
However, compatibility is bad, and it is not possible to start with new feature
Spaces of Leopard.
Parallels was the first dog in the race in terms of virtualization of Windows on the Mac platform, and still is the most robust and generally best solution. VMWare, the masters of virtualization, have entered the market with a great product called Fusion that will only serve to push both programs to new heights of excellence. VMWare tends to boot faster and is a little easier on OSX when you give your virtual machine half your RAM, but Parallels comes with the excellent Transporter program where you can move an entire Windows install to Parallels and a more robust tool set in general. Fusion is good too, but Parallels wins for power users right now because of the more robust toolset and interoperability with OSX.
I'm learning the benefits of VM ware's newest. It's actually a bit faster than parallels and seems to manage programs faster too. Give it a try.
You don't need to captialize the "AC" in Mac. It's not an acronynm, it's just short for "Macintosh". After all, you don't type let's go to "MC Donalds" or watch "MACGyver" do you?
It's a necessary evil but for as far as enabling evil goes, Parallels works great ;)
Parallels makes it so easy for the real MAC fans to accept a Windows on their machine. MS Windows XP installed under Parallels even seems to run better than on a real PC. I love it (best of both worlds)!
