Preview is Mac OS X's application for displaying images and Portable Document Format (PDF) documents. Like OS X itself, it comes from NeXT's OPENSTEP operating system. Preview employs Apple's implementation of Adobe's PDF specification, and heavily uses Apple's Cocoa graphical user interface, Quartz graphics layer, and QuickTime image codec.

Great easy to use picture previewer..
Great image viewer with some built in editing features.
Great lightweight images viewer for OSX.
Amazing. Easy. Fun to Use.
Simple but beautiful full featured app that can do everything from viewing PDFs to images. Windows needs something like this rather than making you download the bloated Adobe Acrobat Reader to view PDFs, but, {off-topic}, Windows users should try Foxit Reader rather than Acrobat.
Great, light app. I use it for viewing images at least 90% of the time.
Great for viewing PDF and images, very light and uses little resources.
Solves many printing problems especially Scale-to-Fit and Center-on-Page. Simply brilliant.
Light-weight app that is perfect for viewing images.
Exactly what's needed to quickly see a picture or a PDF.
