TeamViewer is a good Program, you can connect to other peoples PCs, and macs. its good for helpin friends set up stuff and fixed staff on there computer

This software lets you take the control of another computer. Why is it useful ? Because everybody has a mum who still doesn't know how to send an email (even after showing her 100 times at least).
It works flawlessly between mac-mac, mac-pc and pc-pc.
Speed could be improved, but i guess that depends on your speed connection.

Excellent software. Freeware for personal use.
Very easy to help friends or get help when our PC has problems. It is useful even to show and explain programs and procedures. Firewall don't affect it. The client part is a standalone. Password and ID needed as to protect access and connections to our computer.
What do you guys think about TeamViewer? It's great except we always need a person in the other PC to tell you the password.
