Wikipedia is a free, multilingual encyclopedia project operated by the non-profit Wikimedia Foundation. Its name is a portmanteau of the words wiki (a technology for creating collaborative websites) and encyclopedia. Wikipedia's 10 million articles, about a quarter of which are in English, have been written collaboratively by volunteers around the world, and almost all of its articles can be edited by anyone who can access the Wikipedia website. Launched in 2001 by Jimmy Wales and Larry Sanger, it is currently the largest and most popular general reference work on the Internet.

Its very good for research, and information, but as most people can edit it, its not that reliable.
But overall its fine!
Good resource, but seeing that anybody can edit the pages, not very reliable at times.
Eh, being that regular people come and edit these pages, I'm a bit skeptical on actually beliving some of the info but its a good site.
This is good place to find "facts". I would write a term paper with wikipedia as a source but it's usually pretty acurate.
